Distillery
In the early years, research and development included testing yeast strains from around the world, multiple methods of enzymatic hydrolization, and mash cooling and handling.
All this was done in small batches with a handmade process in mind.

After licensing it all comes together to form Ugly Dog Distillery, LLC
